Our fees for applicants looking to rent a property will be charged at £175.00 Incl VAT (Per Person) which will include drawing up the tenancy agreements, references and adminstation.  This fee will be charged as a one off throughout the duration of your stay.
This service is at the descretion of our landlords.  Each tenant will be notified in advance should a landlord decide to include this within their tenancy.  The terms will be fully highlighted within the tenancy agreement. 
All fees to tenants and landlords are inclusive of VAT
Contract Fee: Fees for drawing up and the tenancy agreement  £350.00
Additional Tenant Fee: Additional fee for each additional tenant in the property £50.00
Credit Check Fee: All tenants will be subject to a credit check before the tenancy can go ahead  £50.00
Referencing Fee: References include employer's reference and previous landlord if applicable    £25.00
Guarantor Fee:    £75.00
Pet Deposit:  £200.00
Check in/Inventory Fee:  £75.00
Contract Renewal Fee:  £25.00
Out of Hours Service£125.00
Lost Key Fee:  £50.00
Returned Payment Fee:  £25.00
Arrears Fee:   £50.00
Change of Tenant Fee:  £150.00

Fees to Landlords
Let only:  6% + VAT  Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potencial tenant including credit checks and referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.
Deposit Protection:  £85.00  As an additional service for we can protect the deposit on behalf of landlords for peace of mind.
Rent Collection:  5% per month  As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arreas.
Full Management Service:  5% per month  Full Management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property, carrying 2 routine inspections per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome, advising all relevant utility providers of changes and hold the keys throughout the tenancy term.
Check out Fee:  £50.00  The check-out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable and return it to the landlord.
Court Attendance:  £175.00 per visit
Commercial Tenant Fees 
Landlord- (Sales) 1.5% + VAT of the eventual sale price.  
Landlords- (Lettings) 10% + VAT of the annual rental amount.   
Tenants admin fee £400.00 charged at the agreement stage of the tenancy.
