RENTAL LETTING FEES
Our fees for applicants looking to rent a property will be charged at £175.00 Incl VAT (Per Person) which will include drawing up the tenancy agreements, references and adminstation. This fee will be charged as a one off throughout the duration of your stay.
POST TENANCY CLEANING
This service is at the descretion of our landlords. Each tenant will be notified in advance should a landlord decide to include this within their tenancy. The terms will be fully highlighted within the tenancy agreement.
